Production Credits

I have worked as a PA across Art Departments and Production Offices for the last three years, across several large studio productions (Sony and Nickelodeon) and smaller independent productions.
I just finished working on an upcoming Vince Gilligan (Creator of Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul) TV Series for Sony, and I am looking for my next adventure!

Every production has its' unique challenges and tasks, but here are a handful of highlights of what I've done in my roles as both an Art PA and an Office PA:

 

Art Production Assistant: 

• Maintained calendars based on new pre-production and shooting schedules from the Line Producer. 
• Distributed approved storyboards to the shooting crew on set. 
• Assisted the Graphics Team with printed media for each episode. 

• Assembled materials (set plans, renders, etc.) for meetings, review sessions, and Director's Plans. 

• Updated concept art and reference material boards in the department.
• Extensive research based on each episode’s scripts for use by the Production Designer and Art Directors. 
• Took notes during department meetings.  

• Assisted Props Department with prop assembly. 
• Updated and organized the Art Department’s server and physical archives.
• Processed incoming and outgoing assets from vendors for the Art, Set Decoration, and Props Departments.

Office Production Assistant: 

• Day-To-Day Office Work: Answered phones, made copies, maintained crafty, office supply runs, etc. 

• Distributed Call Sheets, Script Drafts, Sides, etc to the whole crew (digital and physical.) 

• Supported the Line Producer and Production Managers.

• Prepared Script Binders for actor table reads.
• Scheduled meetings / took notes.

• Organizing incoming paperwork from Set. 

• Assisted Dailies review sessions and Episode Screenings (special airing screenings and parties.)
